Delivery Charges

1. Choose your products (up to 25 kgs in weight) or select one of our Box options
2. Email your order to us at orders@homefromhomefoods.com providing full postal address for delivery by 1500hrs on Thursday for delivery the following Wednesday/Thursday.
3. We will send you an invoice by Pay pal for payment the same day. Please note that we are unable to submit any order without full payment. Payment needs to be made the same day as the order is placed to ensure delivery the following week.

All products will be sent by UPS Standard Delivery – typically 2 days delivery in France and next day delivery in UK and deliveries will be subject to their standard terms and conditions of carriage.

All products will be packed in accordance with the suppliers guidelines and will include adequate ice packs to keep the products at an appropriate temperature. Once you take receipt of the goods it is essential that they are immediately unpacked and refrigerated.

We will notify you of the intended delivery date by email. It is essential that someone is available to take delivery of your parcel. If you order regularly you will undoubtedly develop a relationship with your local delivery company making it easier to pin-point the time of delivery (which tends to remain the same each time).

We will provide you with a contact telephone number and parcel reference number(s) for tracking purposes.

Important Note

As all of our products are handmade, final weights can vary, so all of the quantities of products in our ‘boxes’ can be subject to slight change upon packing to ensure the weight limit is not exceeded (which will result in higher delivery charges).

All individual orders must be open to slight amendment (at our discretion), to take into account any variations in weight upon packing.
